He explains how to smoke your meats correctly and takes you through different cuts of meat and how best to cut them. This DVD comes in chapters so you can go straight to the one that interests you at the time or you can sit through the whole DVD in one sitting. However I do warn you, there are high levels of corn all through this DVD but it is definately worth watching. Dean is very passionate about his meat and his product range and will make you feel just as excited. Never before have I heard anyone refer to meat as "Perty" , you just gotta laugh.
This is a great instructional Video that will leave you wanting to head straight into the kitchen to start smoking.
